MSP ANS Group has acquired Alithya UK from its Canadian parent for an undisclosed fee.
Alithya UK is a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics-based digital solutions and has worked closely with ANS for a number of years.
As Azure and Dynamics365 increasingly integrate and share services, ANS, as an Azure Expert MSP, are now positioned to ensure that customers 'realise the maximum value from their investments in Microsoft cloud solutions', it says.
ANS CEO Paul Shannon said: “The two organisations are a perfect fit across many areas including culture, customers centricity and technology expertise, to name a few."
