French aviation giant Airbus has decided to abandon its plans to purchase a minority stake of 29.9% in Evidian, the security business of Atos.
According to Airbus, the plan is no longer in line with its current objectives and structure.
However, Airbus has confirmed that it will continue to work with Evidian to explore new opportunities and strengthen its strategic and technological collaboration.
Airbus said both companies stand to gain ‘significant value’ from their strategic partnership.
