Sell hardware as a service says Wildix CEO 

Quality hardware sold as a part of a UCaaS solution represents a profitable valued add for the channel according to Wildix CEO Steve Osler.

Addressing partners who attended his company’s Virtual 2021 UC&C Summit Osler said: “On average, for every dollar you put into Wildix you will get three back and this return on investment is recurring as long as you sell the solution as a service. 

“UCaaS is growing 30% year over year, just in term of software. So, consider the additional value you can get by adding hardware. No one that’s buys into UCaaS will want to use, sub-par headset, cameras or microphones. People understand that the tools they use are fundamental to the success of a UCaaS. No one wants a cheap system. There is a clear opportunity to sell customers valuable hardware for UCaaS alongside the software you already provide.”
