North give British Library broadband boost

North has implemented its Wi-Fi 6 solution to boost connectivity at British Library’s flagship St Pancras as part of a £1.7m contract extension.

The IoT specialist has replaced 126 Wi-Fi access points at the St Pancras building, which will allow for faster internet connections.

In addition to the connectivity improvements, North is overhauling the British Library’s core Wi-Fi network infrastructure

Andy Parr, Head of Sales Operations at North, said: “The extension of our contract with the team is a significant milestone for North as we drive forward a pipeline of public sector contracts.
