BT's group-wide digital transformation is to be supported by Google Cloud, including cloud infrastructure, machine learning and AI, data analytics, security and API management.

Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian added: “By deploying our full cloud capabilities and support from our SRE organisation, our goal in this partnership is to set up BT with the tools it needs for future growth and innovation.”
Google and BT plan to complete the core migration of data by 2023.
