Nimans breaks £1.5bn comms sales barrier

Nimans has passed the £1.5bn comms sales milestone since founder Julian Niman created a limited company in 1985.

In more good news, the company retained its Gold Investors in People status and has also been recognised for its sales growth by the Sunday Times, ranked as one of the country’s top 250 growth companies after annual turnover exceeded £130m.

“The IIP assessor was impressed with the people he met as he recognised the clear direction set by the Board and the level of involvement that people have in decisions that impact their own work,” said CMO Steve McIntyre (pictured).

“He noted the progress we have made with our internal communications, the positive results from our engagement survey and the work we have been doing with our leaders and people managers to continue to improve and develop as a business and as an employer.

“He also found that we have made great progress in recognising people when they do a great job – from the little things like a manager saying thank you, or giving someone a box of chocolates or an early finish, to the big things like our annual Edge trip to a luxury destination.”
