Agilitas lays foundation for ‘defining 2024’

Agilitas IT Solutions has shared its three-year roadmap which places customer experience transformation at the heart of its growth strategy. Its new-look leadership states that 2024 will be a defining year in its history.

The distributor will continue to invest in the UK and international channel, with a focus on partnerships to digitise operating models. Agilitas will also help the Channel address opportunities that allow partners to expand without geographical limitations. The team will focus on three core areas, Inventory Assurance, Professional Services and Smart Logistics.

It is also ramping up its investment in skills to retain and attract talent to help spearhead its organisational change. The company is also working to enhance its system integration to automate workflows and evolve its proposition to enhance digital access to all services.

CRO John Hayes Warren said: “Despite this period of change for Agilitas and the wider Channel, our growth strategy is already taking shape with our customer base growing at speed.
