Pickering takes on Head of CX role

TelcoSwitch has appointed Jez Pickering to the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience.

Pickering currently leads the company’s numbering division will now also operationally lead the technical support function in a combined team.

He said: “My first objective is to streamline support for our partners. I want partners to reach us quickly, efficiently and by whatever means works for them.”

He brings experience from his time at Yay.com, with was acquired in 2022  by TelcoSwitch investors, Queen’s Park Equity.
