Mettbach heads up NFON sales and marketing

NFON has promoted CSO Merano Mettback to the newly created role of CRO.

His central task is to develop the future revenue strategy and focus integration and coordination of marketing, sales, partner, and customer operations as well as revenue and channel management.

He said: “Customer and partner-facing units must be bundled and this means promoting innovation, efficiency and growth through targeted initiatives.’

“The journey from lead to functioning service becomes faster and, above all, more sustainable! Tasks and interfaces are redefined, divisional strategies are adapted and thus transferred to a standardised revenue strategy”

This is the latest milestone for NFON during its transformation year. CEO Patrik Heider said: ‘We are working intensively on operational excellence in order to further increase our profitability on this basis.”
