Maintel has appointed Czarina Sheikh Mathew as Customer Experience Director with a remit to review and improve the customer experience at every touchpoint.
Mathew brings over 25 years experience in customer-focused roles including a spell as Head of Customer Experience at Intrinsic which was acquired by Maintel in 2017.
Her prior experience includes stints at DotOnes, Advanced 365 and HP Enterprise Security Services.
“I’ve already immersed myself into the role to gain a better understanding of how we can go above and beyond for customers,” she stated.
Maintel CEO Eddie Buxton added: “Czarina’s expertise and experience in developing improvement plans with a customer focus makes this the perfect fit."
