Fourteen IP has strengthened its technical expertise by bringing in hospitality veteran Ron Grau as VP of Technology.
Grau establish Systems Design & Development in 1992, to develop cloud-based software to support communications and collaboration in hospitality, before being acquired by Broadsoft in 2014. Grau has since held roles at Cisco and Jazzware.
MD Neil Tolley added: “Having Ron on the team, will help us ensure we have the relevant services and features driven by the changing market needs.
