FourNet has appointed Capita’s former Director of Innovation, Alan Linter, to the newly formed role of Group Consulting Director.
Linter joins FourNet after nearly 20 years at Capita where he led a team of innovation leads and solutions directors. For Capita, he delivered the first Open AI based Conversational AI solution, and real-time AI-powered agent assist technology a year later.
Richard Pennington, Chief Executive at FourNet, said: “Linter’s will help us design, develop, and deliver CX transformation for our customers through our newly created CX function.”
He has already helped design and launch a new shared housing sector service for FourNet, unveiled last month.
