Exertis has named Kim Lonas as Global Diversity and Inclusion Programme Lead to promote positive cultural change throughout the company.
In the newly formed role Lonas will manage strategy implementation and ensure ownership and accountability is embedded via the leadership teams and the Global Diversity & Inclusion Council.
Lonas most recently served as HR Director, Exertis North America and has been a contributing member of AVIXA’s Diversity Council for the past three and a half years.
She is co-lead for DCC’s Inclusion & Diversity project workstream and co-chair of the AVIXA Women’s Council of Western New York.
