Evolve has appointed Ryan Stephenson-Brown as its first COO, with the remit of identifying market trends, embracing cutting-edge technologies and cultivating key partnerships
In 2014, at age 15, he founded his first managed network services business, which has since been incorporated into Evolve. Having been with the business from the start, Stephenson-Brown has experienced finance and technology to sales and marketing.
He said: “As someone who began with the company during its formative years, when our team consisted of just a handful of individuals, I have taken on a range of roles which have allowed me to help shape the culture and direction of our organisation.
“As COO, I am committed to driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and steering our company towards sustained growth and prosperity”

The news follows Stuart Milroy’s appointment as Head of Technical Delivery, and Lee Simpson’s as CFO.
