Mark Billingham has been appointed as Capita Experience’s new MD for the telco, media & technology market.
He joins from The Very Group, where he held the roles of Group Customer Care Director and Chief Operating Officer. He also led Customer Experience and digital transformation at Vodafone UK.
Aparajita Ajit and Bob Buiaroski have also joined Capita Experience as MDs, heading up the company’s financial service market and international markets respectively.
Capita Experience CEO Aimie Chapple said: “Expanding our presence in existing and new markets is a key strategic goal for Capita in 2022.”
