Connex One hooks up with Difference

Connex One, a dialler and cloud contact centre management software specialist has linked up with Difference (a Firstcom Europe company) which will resell the SaaS Connex One platform to its 200 customers and prospects.

The Connex One CCaaS solution is used by over 650 companies across five continents processing over 14 million interactions daily. 

"Difference has a rich heritage in contact centre and diallers,” said Adam Hart, Head of Channel at Connex One.
