Avaya has signed a strategic partnership with Wavenet as a wholesale service provider and Tier 1 Value-Added Reseller of Avaya OneCloud across the UK.
According to Antony Black, Director of Wholesale at Wavenet, this partnership will answer demand for new applications and compute and storage for existing applications with a combined UCaaS and CCaaS offering with bundled calls and minutes.
“Our partners are serving customers in a business environment that has caused demand for cloud-based communications experience technology to increase,” he said.
“Our joint offering provides Wholesale Partners with a fully self-service managed platform allowing them to control their customers and bill directly.”
