The Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP) has selected The Education and Skills Partnership (ESP) as its Partner of Choice to boost its product and service benefits.
ESP supports BT and Openreach with their telecommunication apprenticeship rollout, as well as providing direct delivery of all three telecoms apprenticeships to sector employers.
It is currently a silver badge holder of the Armed Forces Convent, employing more than 30% armed forces reservists and families and employing close on 100 staff overall.
ESP is achieving over 98% pass rate in adult education funded programmes and an 82% distinction rate on its apprenticeship programmes way above the national average.
“We employ apprentices and our staff members enrol in our training programmes,” said MD and co-founder of ESP, Jason Hargreaves. “Our team visit with employers to understand what they need first, and only then map and provide a solution that best fits their needs and expected outcomes.”
