Content Guru rounds out WFO offering

Content Guru has completed its workforce optimisation (WFO) offering with storm workforce management (WFM), a contact centre scheduling tool designed to improve agent experience.

Martin Taylor, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder, said: “storm WFM enables clients to develop integrated workforce planning strategies while improving customer experience and agent satisfaction, and reducing costs.”

Content Guru is set to release a storm WFM app that allows agents to request shift swaps and holidays, and be automatically contacted with messages and requests for extra shifts to meet surges in demand.
