Voiceflex has enhanced its OTT offering with Scan to Call, a QR code feature that allows customers to quickly dial a number or initiate an online call.
This service complements the existing Click to Call and Click to Call Me offerings, all of which run on Voiceflex trunks or hosted application flow.
CCO Paul Taylor said: “We have seen a decline in international traffic over the last three years. Three years ago, international traffic accounted for 30% of calls; now, it makes up just 5%.
“Scan to Call is a major feature of our SIP Trunks. As we’re using our devices more and more to make telephone calls this application supports the channel to engage and open more doors.”
