Strategic Imperatives’ billing platform Elevate is now fully compliant with Ofcom’s One Touch Switch (OTS) requirements.
The new OTS policy enables customers to request a switch by contacting their newly chosen provider, who will then handle the entire process on their behalf, coordinating with the existing provider to ensure a seamless transition.
Elevate now offers all the information needed by the OTS hub to ensure compliant real-time data exchange. MD Wail Sabbagh, said: "By enabling real-time data exchange with the OTS hub, our clients can provide their customers with an effortless and streamlined switching process."
