Barton Telecom Services is celebrating its third decade delivering customer-focused telecoms solutions to UK businesses, starting from a family-run operation to growing into a trusted provider of business mobiles, VoIP solutions and broadband services.
Founded in 1995, Barton Telecom Services began with a simple mission, to provide businesses with honest advice, quality solutions, and service in an industry often known for its complexity.
Over the past three decades, the company has worked hard to stay committed and embrace ongoing change.
Jonny Durham, Technical Director reflected: “Reaching 30 years in business is a testament to the hard work of our team, the loyalty of our customers, and our commitment to staying ahead in an ever-changing industry.
“From ISDN to VoIP, copper to full fibre broadband, we’ve embraced every change while never losing sight of what matters most, which is building long term relationships with our customers and providing them with the best service and support possible.”
The company has adapted to huge shifts in technology throughout its history, specialising in traditional telephone systems in the 1990s, including manufacturers such as Panasonic, Toshiba and Samsung.
With the telecoms landscape evolving rapidly, the company became early adopters of internet based communication and cloud hosted telephony services taking a forward-thinking approach that helped position it as a reliable partner for businesses preparing for the upcoming ISDN switch off in January 2027.
Mark Zok, Managing Director (pictured) added: “We’ve been part of the Northamptonshire business community for three decades. Here’s to the next chapter, we’re ready for the future of telecoms.”
Barton Telecom Services’ continued success is built on its reputation for trust, innovation, and putting customers first, values that have carried it through 30 years of change.
