Croft continues on M&A trail with quickfire double

Croft Communications has concluded its second and third deal of the year with the acquisitions of Pure IT and Kiwi IT.

The double swoop will bolster Croft's IT offering and grow its footprint into the south and west Midlands respectively.

The Pure IT team will join Croft alongside Director Steve Macklin who said: “This merger will benefit our staff and customers by allowing for more resources, increased reach across the UK, and the capability to maintain our quality of service and personal relationships with our expanding clients.”

Kiwi MD Steve Priest added: “This deal enables us to strengthen our service offering and become a true “one-stop-shop” for IT, security and UC technologies.”

This follows Croft’s acquisition of Leeds-based Clovertec in January.
