Maintel Holdings has appointed Sarah Roberts as Chief Operating Officer (COO), as the company continues working on its strategic pivot from a generalist to a specialist MSP, bringing extensive experience across FTSE 100, S&P 500 and private organisations and helping strengthen its board expertise.
Roberts will be in charge of the business' operations strategy, with a focus on service delivery, digital transformation, and customer experience.
Roberts is an accomplished telecommunications executive with a track record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation initiatives across organisations.
Her work includes experience in Baringa, Motorola Solutions and Vodafone.
Maintel’s ongoing business transformation has focused on further strengthening its senior leadership team, and Roberts’ appointment will enhance the Operating Board’s expertise as the company continues to deliver on its strategic pivot from a generalist to a specialist managed service provider.
As COO, Roberts will streamline end-to-end operational processes; enhance customer satisfaction and retention; oversee project delivery, service operations, and customer support functions; to boost innovation and continuous improvement in Maintel’s service model, with a focus on leveraging automation, data intelligence, and cloud-first capabilities.
