Woodbank Office Solutions has acquired Print Management business Datatech Systems to build out the Group’s footprint in Liverpool and the Wirral.
Print and Document Managed Services provider Woodbank offers Konica Minolta, Sharp, and Kyocera document solutions to approximately 1000 clients. The company has its headquarters in Stockport with regional offices in Liverpool and Leeds.
MD Janet Bowden said: “We’ve been looking to expand our business for some time, and it was evident throughout the process that Datatech was a natural fit for us.”
