SCC has acquired Civica’s Licensing and Cloud Software Lifecycle (LCSL) business to accelerate the growth of its UK software services.
The acquisition includes Civica’s LCSL team and its existing customer and partner relationships and bolsters SCC’s software licensing and software asset management (SAM) businesses.
Civica provides a suite of software applications for public sector services. Its LCSL customers include local councils, universities, and housing associations.
