plan.com has acquired Telserve Group as part of a strategy that will drive expansion over the next five years.
The combined group has also unveiled plans for Telserve to open a second office in Birmingham in October, giving the organisation a presence in four locations and a joint team of over 170 personnel.

Telserve Group’s senior leadership team, including MD Stuart Box will remain with the business.
