Jigsaw24 has acquired Apple repair specialist Amsys to support its position in the UK enterprise market.
Jigsaw24 COO David Dudman said: “This acquisition and the addition of the Amsys team will increase Jigsaw24’s repair capabilities and bolster our technical expertise, while providing Amsys with the financial security of a company with a turnover of £169 million.”
Amsys’ 40 staff members will continue working from the company’s workshop facilities in Kenley and CEO, Alex Hawes will support the company as a strategy consultant.
This follows Jigsaw24’s recent launch of a new partner Apple maintenance service, designed for partners looking to offer an Apple support offering to their customers.
