Intercity bolsters Microsoft capabilities with Centrality buy

Intercity has acquired Centrality, to enhance its Microsoft capabilities and managed service offerings, creating a £60m turnover company with a 325 strong team.

Bedfordshire-based Centrality is one of the UK’s most accredited Microsoft Service Partners, with more than 25 years working with the company.

Its CEO David Keeling will join Intercity’s board as MD of a new Microsoft-focused division. Its 100 colleagues will continue to work from their base in Bedfordshire.

Intercity CEO Charlie Blakemore said: “Centrality brings a complementary Microsoft capability to the Intercity Group and is a key part of our long-term strategic business growth plan.

“Together, we now offer an extensive service offering with expertise in Managed IT Services, Cloud, Security and Communications.”

Centrality CEO David Keeling commented: “Our combined expertise will allow us to provide a more comprehensive range of capabilities for our customers.”
