inTEC Group has followed up its Provident Technology buy with the acquisition of Firefly Cloud.
Glasgow-based Firefly will add depth to inTEC’s voice, data, mobile and complete systems solutions.
InTEC CEO Simon Howitt said: “The acquisition of Firefly takes us further in reaching our growth objective.”
Derek Lewis, Director of Firefly Cloud added: “Joining inTEC offers an opportunity for Firefly to strengthen and expand its service offering in communications, security, infrastructure and support.”
