Focus Group has acquired &Partners to enhance its cloud consulting and cybersecurity offering.
The deal also adds a new level of Azure consultancy & Secure Managed Services to Focus’ existing Microsoft practice, enabling it to offer these services to new and existing customers.
&Partners is known to Focus Group through an existing partnership delivering cloud transformation consultancy.
Barney Taylor (pictured), CEO at Focus Group said: “This is our second strategic acquisition this year, adding new capability and scale into our Cloud consulting business.
“We are seeing strong growth with Microsoft and we searched the market for some time before finding &Partners.”
The acquisition sees &Partners Founding Partner Joe Ashley remaining in the business.
He adds: “With this acquisition, &Partners gains access to Focus Group's resources and market knowledge.”
