Flow Communications has made its first acquisition under new leadership with the buy of Welsh IT MSP Capital Network Solutions (CNS).
Etienne Greeff (pictured) became CEO at Flow in late 2020 and swiftly brought in Mike Gowen as CRO with the promise of taking the business to new heights.
Greeff said: “This is just the start of our buy and build strategy, I am excited for what the next 18-24 months will bring.
“The acquisition of CNS brings a wealth of cloud, networking, data centre and cybersecurity skills to our existing team of experts.”
CNS is an MSP of advanced IT networking, cloud and cybersecurity with a Secure Operations Centre (SOC) based in the Vale of Glamorgan.
CNS’s founders Mark Edwards and Sarah Edwards will take senior roles in the enlarged Group. MD Sarah Edwards will lead the efforts in bringing the two companies together and Mark Edwards, currently Director of Cybersecurity and Networks will become Group CTO.
