CaaS solution provider Digital Origin has made its second acquisition in two years, buying IT support business Pericom, who specialise in currency rate boards.
Digital Origin MD James Evans said: “We aim to disrupt this sector by providing IT, Connectivity, Telephony and Mobile services to local and national businesses, packaged as CaaS.
“Joining forces with Pericom strengthens our capability and fire-power to reach more businesses to help spread our word.”
Pericom’s MD Terry Wilkins remains with the business alongside his team. In the short term both businesses will operate independently with the IT aspects of each business to be integrated within year one.
