Deep Secure to be snapped up by Forcepoint

UK-based cybersecurity firm Deep Secure is set to be acquired by Forcepoint to leverage its threat Removal Platform and hardware logic-based protection for government clients around the world.

Dan Turner, CEO of Deep Secure said: “There is alignment between Forcepoint and Deep Secure based on our footprints in the defence and intelligence sectors as well as our shared mission in taking a data-first and zero trust approach to security.”

Following close, expected in August 2021, Forcepoint plans to integrate Deep Secure’s team and technology into the company’s Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure business unit.
