Communications Plus has beefed up its B2B offering with the acquisition of fellow O2 partner Cellular Solutions.
The buy adds a range of connectivity, hosted VoIP and mobile services to Communications Plus’ B2B portfolio, which is complemented by 21 O2 Franchise stores across the north west, north east and north Wales.
CEO Steve Roberts said: "We have been focused on our growth strategy over the past year and this acquisition will accelerate that."
