Communicate has acquired Zencom Telecommunications to add specialist SME-centred services to its offering and unlock new service lines.
The buy is Communicate’s third and has been facilitated by a £1.5m investment from BOOST&Co.
Tony Snaith, Chief Executive at Communicate said: “This acquisition will enable us to bring our expertise to bear in the provision of our full-service offering. The effective funding package will take us to the next stage of growth.”
Chris Mears (pictured), Principal at BOOST&Co, added: “This acquisition will broaden the offering and client base, while facilitating the next part of the continued growth journey.”
