Darlington-based Bondgate IT has strengthened its play in the MSP sector with the acquisition of Stockton-headquartered MCWare IT Solutions.
MCWare has particular expertise in the subsea and marine sectors.
Jamie Scotchbrook, MD of MCWare IT Solutions, said: “By joining Garry and the team at Bondgate IT we will be able to expand our service offering, while we will bring our specialism in the subsea sector.”
