Winchester-based IT service provider Assits has been acquired by the UK operation of Australian MSP Intelliworx.
The move complements Intelliworx's scaling up of UK operations and adds to its UK team ahead of a move to a larger London office.
Following the acquisition, Assits has added security services to its portfolio and moved clients to fixed plan contracts.
Shane Maher, Intelliworx MD, said: “We will continue to work with our new UK clients to ensure consistent customer service, whilst being able to offer a wider range of services and solutions.”
