Accenture has acquired Context Information Security, a cyber defence consultancy previously owned by parent company Babcock International Group. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Kelly Bissell, Senior MD at Accenture, said: “The deal signals continued aggressive growth for Accenture Security.”
In January 2020 Accenture agreed to acquire Symantec’s Cyber Security Services business.
