A double deal win of importance has provided a boost to Glasgow located Exchange Communications which is undertaking expansion projects for travel firm If Only… and textiles business Don & Low, both significant players in their fields.
Exchange is providing an end-to-end solution at If Only’s… new headquarters in Glasgow city centre, including the delivery of an Avaya IP Office Server Edition with ACCS Contact Centre solution.
Earlier this year, Don & Low expanded the footprint of its nonwovens division in Forfar with a new factory and further investment in new production facilities, which called for a new communications infrastructure.
