Technical Support Engineer

About the Job:

This role will entail supporting IT hardware, software, networking and cloud technologies and providing trouble shooting and fault resolution. This will include upgrades, builds and configuration of both desktop and server networks in a physical and virtual Microsoft environment. We need someone with excellent communication skills who can deal with clients at all levels and strong technical skills that can hit the ground running.

It would be advantageous if you have worked in an MSP but that is not essential as long as you have good trouble shooting skills and can work across a range of technical environments.

This will be a great role for a Technical Engineer who wants to work in a varied and challenging technical role with the opportunity to learn on the job and train in new technologies to progress your career. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of technologies rather than be 'pigeon-holed’ doing the same thing all the time. Due to the need to travel to client sites you will require your own transport.

To be considered for this Technical Support Engineer role you must have proven skills in supporting, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting:
