Marathon Managed Services has acquired specialist IT provider William Jarrod Partnership to continue a period of sustained growth.
Horsham-based William Jarrod Partnership specialise in cyber security solutions and after the sale, its staff will become part of Marathon.
Iain Maclean (pictured), CEO, Marathon said: “At Marathon we have been experiencing sustained organic growth over the last 12 months and making targeted acquisitions such as this is part of our strategy to augment our business.”
Paul Daniels, Managing Partner at William Jarrod Partnership added: “I believe this move will benefit both our staff and customers. Marathon is a large enough business to offer enhanced services and opportunities, yet still of a size to retain a personal approach.”
Marathon has also recently secured Microsoft Gold Partner and Co Sell status, achieved ISO 27001 companywide, and relocated to a new flagship office in Chessington, complete with 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC).
