ITRM kicks off another year partnering Charlton Athletic Community Trust

Kent-based MSP ITRM has renewed its sponsorship of the Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) for the eighth year running.

The ITRM logo will remain on all kit and uniforms worn by CACT staff and all affiliated teams such as the Charlton Upbeats, Charlton Invicta, and the Charlton Athletic Deaf Football Club.

CACT aims to empower communities and changes lives by improving health, education and employment and reducing crime.

ITRM Managing Director  Dave White said: “CACT change people's live. Our amazing staff make a positive difference in the community every day, even more so recently in the ways that they dealt with the unprecedented challenges presented by the Covid pandemic. Our staff enjoy working with CACT to help deliver various community programmes and initiatives, it is a responsibility that we take great pride in.”

In February this year, ITRM’s staff ran an internal fundraising campaign to support a joint initiative between CACT, the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. ITRM matched the funds raised and were able to contribute £500 worth of items to donate to the local NHS staff based at Lewisham’s Queen Elizabeth hospital.

CACT Chief Executive, Jason Morgan added: “ITRM’s many years of support are appreciated by all staff and trustees.”
