Broadcom has completed its $69 acquisition of VMware, with China giving its approval of the merger.
Hock Tan, President and CEO of Broadcom, said: “Together we are well positioned to enable global enterprises to embrace private and hybrid cloud environments, making them more secure and resilient."
VMware's common stock will now cease to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
