Ebb Solutions tunes up Amaya platform

Following a year long spell of testing and developing its CRM and billing system with resellers and dealers Ebb Solutions has lifted the lid on Amaya, the brainchild of CEO and lead developer Sean Marsh who was also the founder and CEO of billing firm Tempest which he sold to Daisy in 2006. 

"Every aspect of Amaya is designed to work independently and with any external programme or API," said Marsh.  

"Our bespoke channel CRM adapts to any product or service with integrated provisioning, customisable functionality and reporting fetches for every department."

It is to Ebb Solutions' credit that Transatel recommends Amaya to its partners. Another proponent of the technology is Centile which cites the ease of handling XML data and flexibility as key attributes.

"A billing solution should have the adaptability to process any CDRs accurately and efficiently, while having the fluidity and flexibility to help businesses adapt and flourish in an ever changing channel," added Marsh.
