TD Synnex has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development 2025 by Great Place to Work for the second year, as a result of positive feedback from its employees, demonstrating the company’s commitment to co-workers and its customer-first approach to service.
The company is now ranked 26th in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, which recognises businesses that make co-worker development a key part of their culture.
To qualify, workplaces need to offer co-workers the chance to better themselves, learn new skills, and progress within the organisation. Inclusion in the list demonstrates that TD Synnex actively supports every co-worker’s own tailored growth journey, that co-workers are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued, and give their best to the organisation.
Being recognised for a second year is an acknowledgement of the company’s ongoing commitment to its co-workers.

In April, TD Synnex was Certified by Great Place To Work for the third year in succession. For that survey, more than 71% of the company’s UK co-workers provided feedback about the culture, programmes and practices that make the TD SYNNEX workplace unique.
