Mobile distributor Avenir Telecom has updated its partner portal to include an online Churn Management tool, enabling partners to have full visibility of their monthly churn performance and of their customer's contract tenure and expiry dates.
This data is expected to help partners manage the retention of their customers, pre-empt or minimise churn and identify customers that are eligible for re-signs well in advance.
Managing Director Andy Tow said: "Our partners are able to access all the information they need for the continued success of their business."
