Digital Transformation triggers Board changes at Exertis

Exertis has made a series of Board changes in the UK business and at international group level triggered by global digital transformation.

In the UK, Phill Turner, Global Head of Voice of the Customer, is moving into the new position of Chief Experience Officer. He will assume responsibility for Customer Services and Sales Operations and encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer orientation amongst the wider organisation.

Robert Fitzsimons, UK Marketing Director, and Kati Eagle, Purchasing Director, will also now report directly into Paul Bryan, Managing Director, Exertis UK.

Vishal Chhatralia, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, will move into a global role, driving digital transformation across Exertis International.

Tim Griffin (pictured), MD of DCC Technology, said, “This move will enhance and accelerate our digital transformation across the Exertis Group. Chhatralia has successfully built blueprints for many initiatives in the UK and now we begin the process of scaling these out.”
