New MSP CloudClevr has launched in the UK to support SMEs with their cloud transition, backed by a £50m investment from the Rigby Group.
The company intends to acquire several technology businesses in the UK during 2022 and 2023.
Ex-Nuvias pair Steve Harris and Rob Smith join CloudClevr as CEO and CTO respectively.
Harris, said: “CloudClevr will be clearly differentiated to other MSP’s through the delivery of a highly curated set of converged managed service capabilities across both communications and IT.”
Steve Rigby, Co-CEO of Rigby Group, added: “Our strategic investment will initially establish CloudClevr in the UK and then further into Europe.”
