4net Technologies seals major energy sector deal

Working with BT and Avaya, 4net Technologies has provided energy company Npower with a cloud-based contact centre solution.

The multi-million pound contract with Npower's parent company innogy includes Avaya's Aura Contact Centre technology, delivered as a BT Wholesale hosted communications solution. The service will be fully managed by 4net.

Node4 boosted by BT Datacentre Connect

Node4 customers will benefit from faster connections and reduced costs following the installation of BT Datacentre Connect at its Derby and Wakefield data centres.

The move offers Node4 access to BT Wholesale's national Wholesale Ethernet portfolio and forms part of BT Wholesale's plans to roll out its Ethernet network across more than 50 data centre locations in the UK.
